Paid Time Off: For the first five years of service, employees will immediately accrue two hours for every 40 hours worked. After the fifth anniversary employees will receive three hours for every 40 hours worked.

After 90 days of consecutive employment, employees will become eligible for the Safe Harbor 401(k) plan and will be automatically enrolled on the 1st of the following month. Under this plan TennMax will match on the first 4% of participants’ compensation which is deferred as an elective deferral by the employee. 100% of this contribution is vested immediately.
