- Two high quality, long lasting, quiet ball bearing fans.
- One 3-wire connector for both fans to motherboard.
- TennMax special thermal phase change interface pad attached.
- Easy and secure slide push pin design.
- High thermally conductive Aluminum Alloy.
- Extruded with micro grooves on the fins for high surface area.
- Designed for aggressive overclocking of SECC2 PIII processors.
- Washers provided for fitting both OLGA and PLGA processors.
Installation instruction:
- Remove the OEM heatsink on the processor. You may have to cut off the plastic pins which are holding the OEM heatsink.
note: You can find one easy way to remove the OEM heatsink off the PIII at Nick's Web Page.
- Use a hairdryer to blow warm air to the heatsink so to soften the compound under the heatsink. You then can easily twist to separate the sink off the processor.
- Clean up the compound left on the processor, using any common solvent. (Rubbing alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, should be just fine).
- Place both dual pins through holes in the black plastic logo cover. Pins will now be standing beside the main Pentium chip.
- Place TF P3 over the main processor and insert pins into position holes.
- Push the slide locks to secure the cooler in place.
- Attach the power connector to the motherboard and you are ready to restart the computer.
